Ingredients Strawberry & cherry crumble
For 1 portion
- 100 grams (frozen) cherries
- 150 grams (frozen) strawberries
- 2 tbsp BioToday agave syrup (or maple, honey or sweetener)
- 15 gr dried cranberries (you can also leave out)
- 40 grams Smaakt oat flour
- 40 grams of Smaakt oat flakes (or oatmeal)
- 2 tbsp melted BioToday coconut oil (or 2 tbsp vegetable butter)
Preparation method
When the cherries and strawberries are out of the freezer, thaw them in the microwave. Mix 1 tbsp agave syrup and the dried cranberries through the strawberries and cherries. Then mix 2 tbsp melted coconut oil with 1 tbsp agave syrup and mix this with the oat flour and oat flakes. Put the crumble in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 175 degrees .
