Deze saus of de Vegan Rendang staan vrijwel dagelijks op het menu. Je kunt het overal doorheen mixen voor een extra smakelijke maaltijd. Gooi er dan nog notenpasta of pindakaas doorheen en dan zit het echt goed met je eiwitten. Het is echt vegan, zuurteregelaar melkzuur heeft niets met melk te maken, hier zijn weleens misverstanden over.
